Easy Replacement

We offer replacement in the following cases:

  • Damaged or broken product

  • Wrong item received

  • Missing item(s) in your order

  • Manufacturing defect

No Returns for Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference

  • Minor color variations caused by photography, lighting, or screen settings

Unboxing Video Required

To process any replacement request, a complete unboxing video is mandatory.

The video must:

  • Start before opening the outer packaging.

  • Clearly show the package being opened.

  • Be recorded in one continuous take.

  • Be unedited, with no cuts, pauses, or modifications.

Requests submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be eligible for replacement or refund.

How to Raise a Claim

Replacement Approval

Once we verify your claim, our team will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. If a replacement is unavailable, an appropriate resolution will be provided at Kojesha's discretion.
