Unboxing Video Required
To process any replacement request, a complete unboxing video is mandatory.
The video must:

Start before opening the outer packaging.

Clearly show the package being opened.

Be recorded in one continuous take.

Be unedited, with no cuts, pauses, or modifications.
Requests submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
How to Raise a Claim

Replacement Approval
Once we verify your claim, our team will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. If a replacement is unavailable, an appropriate resolution will be provided at Kojesha's discretion.
